Wednesday Wants: Wear It Now and Wear It Later

We are enjoying some amazing weather here in New York this week.  If only this could last! As far as actual mild temps in the North East, the fall season can be very short.  I have childhood memories of all too many Halloween costumes basically "ruined" by the addition (and the dire need) of my winter coat and I can even remember Thanksgiving snow storms.  The time to wear cute fall flats and boots along with fun leather jackets is basically right now.  Soon enough we'll be donning heavy parkas and snow boots.  But it's not all fashion doom and gloom...the one accessory that always gets me through the brutal winters here in style is of course the scarf.  Last year I purchased a navy faux fur scarf and it instantly became my favorite go-to winter accessory, second only to my beloved leopard infinity scarf.  This year, with plaid being so hot, I'm considering adding this cute red and navy plaid scarf from the Gap to my growing collection.  When the temps start to really dip, I can't think of a better accessory to get me (warmly) through winter in style, can you?

My scarf obsession runs deep, scroll through to see the ones I'm coveting right now...

Try searching for "snow Leopard" scarves, that might get you a cute look alike, I love that one too!
